The membrane nitrogen plants are a cylindrical bundle of hollow fiber fine tubes made from polymer material. Each bundle contains several million fibers. Air enters at one end and flows to the opposite end through the fiber bore. In essence, the membranes act as a filter with no moving parts and continuously generate nitrogen at a selected flow rate and purity.
